Regent Seven Seas Cruises has elevated dining experience aboard Seven Seas Prestige through a brand-new daytime dining venue ‘Solmar Terrace’.
Located aft of Compass Rose on deck 5and open from 12:00 to 6:00 PM, the restaurant blends relaxed elegance with globally inspired flavours, inviting guests to enjoy leisurely daytime dining alongside sweeping ocean vistas.
The menu features a wide array of dishes from mezze-style appetisers and sushi to tapas and yakitori. It caters to a variety of tastes and moods – from fresh gazpacho and the sushi roll of the day to the varied yakitori grill menu.
Asian-inspired small plates include succulent Korean beef short rib, chicken or shrimp satay, teriyaki pork belly, indulgent king oyster mushroom, and Japanese broiled salmon. Finishing the meal with something sweet, guests can delight in decadent desserts such as tres leches cake or luscious crema Catalana.
