Fleet Dynamics Launches Autonomous Technology Platform

Fleet Dynamics Launches Autonomous Technology Platform

Fleet Dynamics has joined forces with YNR, linking autonomous-technology development to an established national customer-acquisition platform for essential-services industries.

It is developing modular autonomous aerial systems for pest control, lawn care and grounds management.

The alliance gives Fleet access to YNR’s operating relationships, demand intelligence and nationwide commercialization infrastructure. YNR’s network of more than 1,000 sales professionals and managers sources tens of thousands of customers annually and is on track for more than $70 million in 2026 revenue.

Michael Lanctot, the Founder of Fleet Dynamics, said Fleet is not starting with a drone and searching for a problem. “It is starting with customers, experienced operators and nearly a decade of insight into how these industries grow. YNR gives Fleet a built-in path from operating need to commercial deployment.”

He is funding Fleet through capital generated by the business rather than outside institutional investment. This allows Fleet to build around identified commercial needs and existing market relationships.

“YNR proved that we could create demand at scale. Fleet gives us the opportunity to build the technology that helps fulfill it.”

Lanctot added that YNR has shown the company where demand exists and where operators experience friction. “Fleet is being built around what happens next.”

Fleet’s platform uses one autonomous airframe, a standardized mount and interchangeable tools. Its initial lineup includes a pest-treatment fogger, a granulator, a precision liquid sprayer and an autonomous paint-striping system.

Each attachment carries its own power supply, giving the aircraft freshly charged power whenever it returns to exchange or refill a tool. Fleet is also developing base stations for multiple aircraft and attachments.

The architecture allows one underlying system to support multiple services. Operators can add capabilities as their needs expand without replacing the aircraft or rebuilding the broader platform.

Fleet’s systems are designed to map treatment areas, control material delivery and document applications, with the environmental goal of reducing overspraying, drift, runoff, repeat applications and fuel consumption while improving consistency and productivity.
